Audi Middle East and Dubai’s Museum of the Future have announced the renewal of their strategic partnership, reaffirming their commitment to collaborate on innovation, the development of sustainable mobility solutions, and the advancement of cutting-edge technologies.

A Milestone in Audi’s Electrification Journey

The announcement was made during a special event at the Museum of the Future, which also marked the official regional launch of the all-new Audi A6 e-tron. This model, which first appeared as a prototype at the museum in 2023, now represents a significant step forward in Audi’s journey towards full electrification, underscoring the brand’s dedication to reshaping the future of mobility and innovation in the region.

A Shared Vision for the Future

Commenting on the renewed partnership, René Koneberg, Managing Director of Audi Middle East, said:

“Our collaboration with the Museum of the Future serves as a cornerstone for envisioning next-generation mobility solutions. This partnership allows us to practically showcase Audi’s vision of the future, as demonstrated by the A6 e-tron—a fully electric vehicle already available in the market, reflecting our commitment to sustainable, premium electric mobility.”

Abdulaziz AlJaziri, Deputy CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, also highlighted the importance of the partnership, stating:

“Our ongoing collaboration with Audi underscores the Museum of the Future’s commitment to supporting groundbreaking innovations, technological advancements, and future opportunities. Over the past three years, the museum has witnessed the transformation of several concepts into real-world innovations, such as the new Audi A6 e-tron.”

He added:

“The Museum of the Future will continue to showcase and support future technologies, from conceptualization to implementation, as part of its pivotal role in designing and creating the future.”

A Dynamic and Productive Collaboration

Over the past three years, the Museum of the Future has provided Audi with an interactive platform to present its most forward-looking concepts, including the Activesphere, Grandsphere, and Skysphere prototypes. The museum has exhibited ten of Audi’s prototype vehicles, in addition to installing 21 electric vehicle chargers, highlighting the brand’s commitment to advancing transportation design, technology, and sustainability.

From Concept to Reality

In 2023, Audi unveiled the prototype of the A6 e-tron at the Museum of the Future, presenting its vision for the future of electric mobility. Today, the production model stands as a significant milestone, offering an impressive range of up to 700 km on a single charge, ultra-fast charging capabilities of up to 270 kW, and a sleek, aerodynamic design that ranks among the finest in the luxury electric segment.

Built on the new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture, the A6 e-tron achieves a perfect balance between high performance and sustainability, without compromising on luxury and driving dynamics—a hallmark of Audi.

A Strategic Partnership Since 2022

Since its inception on 22 February 2022, the partnership between Audi and the Museum of the Future has been a vital pillar in Audi’s regional strategy, providing a dynamic platform to engage with audiences interested in future innovations and sustainable mobility solutions.
